Your rights under the UK GDPR.
Last updated: 13 May 2026This page sets out the rights you have over the personal data we hold about you, and how to exercise them. It complements our privacy policy, which describes what we collect and why.
Who you contact
The data controller is All Sports Websites Limited (company no. 17081747), 9 Bramley Way, Angmering, West Sussex, BN16 4GA, United Kingdom. Send all data-protection requests to info@allsports.world with "Data protection request" in the subject. We are not large enough to be required to appoint a Data Protection Officer.
Your rights in summary
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the following rights. Most do not apply in every circumstance — the right to erasure, for example, does not override our legal obligations to keep certain records.
1. Right to be informed
You have the right to know what data we hold, why we hold it, how we use it, and who we share it with. Our privacy policy covers this.
2. Right of access
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will respond within one month (extendable by a further two months for complex requests). There is no fee unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
3. Right to rectification
If any data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete you can ask us to correct or complete it.
4. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you. This right is not absolute — it does not apply where we have a legal obligation to retain the data, or where we need it to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. Right to restrict processing
In certain circumstances you can ask us to limit how we use your data — for example while we are checking the accuracy of data you've contested.
6. Right to data portability
Where we process your data on the basis of consent or contract, and by automated means, you can ask us to provide it to you in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format, or to transfer it to another controller.
7. Right to object
You can object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. We will stop processing unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your rights, or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
8. Rights related to automated decision-making
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you. We do not currently carry out any such processing.
9. Right to withdraw consent
Where we process data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
How to make a request
Email info@allsports.world with "Data protection request" in the subject and:
- Which right you want to exercise (e.g. access, erasure).
- Enough information for us to identify you (the email address you used to contact us is usually enough).
- The specific data or processing the request relates to, if you can be specific.
We may ask for proof of identity before responding to requests that involve sensitive information.
Right to complain to the ICO
If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, or you are unhappy with how we've responded to your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before escalating.
