Terms of service.
Last updated: 29 May 2026These terms govern your use of Vault, a cloud document management service operated by All Sports Websites Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17081747), with its registered office at 9 Bramley Way, Angmering, West Sussex, BN16 4GA, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Vault, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Vault is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that lets you upload, store, search, and share documents across your devices. It includes cloud storage, full-text search, offline access, and team-sharing features as described on our pricing page.
We may update or change features of the service over time. We will give reasonable notice of any material changes that would reduce your current functionality.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@allsports.world if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. Vault is a professional tool intended for business and personal productivity use.
3. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial. Your payment card is captured at signup but is not charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your card is charged the applicable plan price.
4. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date it started unless you cancel. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle may apply local taxes where required.
Prices are shown in EUR. GBP and USD equivalents are available at checkout and are determined by your location at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices; we will give at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect and you may cancel without charge before the new price applies.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page inside Vault. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period; you retain access until then and will not be charged again. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period except as set out in our refund policy.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy is described separately at allsports.world/refund-policy.html and is incorporated into these terms by reference.
7. Your content
You retain full ownership of all documents and files you upload to Vault. We do not claim any rights in your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store any content you add to Vault. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
8. Data export
You may export all your uploaded documents at any time from within Vault in a single zip archive containing your original files in the folder structure you created. We will retain your data for 30 days after account termination before permanent deletion, giving you time to request an export if you have not already done so.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Vault to store or distribute unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Use automated means to access or scrape the service beyond normal use
- Resell or sublicense access to Vault without our written consent
- Use the service in a way that interferes with its operation or the experience of other users
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if: you breach these terms; you fail to pay amounts due; we are required to by law; or we cease operating the service. If we terminate your account other than for breach, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
You may delete your account at any time. On deletion your content will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
11. Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance that causes temporary downtime; we will aim to do this during low-usage hours and give advance notice where practical.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Sports Websites Limited and its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vault, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €50.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Intellectual property
Vault and all software, design, and content comprising the service (excluding your uploaded content) is the intellectual property of All Sports Websites Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written permission.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction in which case mandatory local consumer protection laws may apply.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and/or by posting a notice in Vault at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Vault after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
