30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident trying Vault. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of the charge date. No questions asked.
The 30-day window starts from the date your card is first charged (i.e. the day after your 14-day free trial ends, or the day you subscribe without a trial). Any trial days used are not counted against the 30 days.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@allsports.world with the subject line “Refund request” and include the email address you used to sign up. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What the guarantee covers
- Your first subscription payment only
- Must be requested within 30 days of that first charge
What it does not cover
- Subsequent monthly renewals (second payment onwards) — please cancel before your next renewal date if you no longer wish to subscribe
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the first charge
- Accounts terminated for breach of our terms of service
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund. If you also want a refund on the most recent charge and are within the 30-day window, contact us as above.
To cancel: open Vault, go to Settings → Billing, and click “Cancel subscription”. You retain access until the end of your current paid period.
UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights. If you subscribed without using a free trial and have not yet accessed the service, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us to exercise this right.
