This privacy policy explains how All Sports Websites Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects and processes personal data when you visit allsports.world or contact us. It does not cover our products (K-Star and others) which have their own privacy notices supplied at the point of access.

Who we are

The data controller is All Sports Websites Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17081747), with its registered office at 9 Bramley Way, Angmering, West Sussex, BN16 4GA, United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@allsports.world.

What we collect on this website

This site is a static brochure. It does not run analytics, advertising, profiling, or any client-side tracking. The only personal data we process in connection with the site itself is:

  • Server access logs. Our web server records the IP address, requested URL, user agent string, and timestamp for each request. These are used to operate and secure the site (detecting abuse, debugging errors). Retained for 30 days then deleted.
  • Web fonts. The site loads the "Inter" font from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches the font your IP address is shared with Google as the CDN operator. We do not have access to those logs.

What we collect when you contact us

If you email us at info@allsports.world we'll have your name (if you provide it), email address, and whatever you put in the message. We use this only to reply to you and to maintain a record of correspondence. Emails are retained for as long as is reasonable for ongoing or possible future correspondence, typically not longer than 6 years (the UK statute of limitations on contract).

Lawful basis

We process the data above on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR:

  • Legitimate interest — for server logs (operating and securing the site) and for keeping a record of correspondence you initiate with us.
  • Consent — for any optional cookies (this site does not set any).
  • Contract — for product accounts (covered by the product's own privacy notice).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. We do not use analytics or advertising tags. If our products set session cookies that is covered by the product's privacy notice.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers that act as data processors on our behalf:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany / EU) — hosting provider for this website and our products.
  • Google LLC (United States) — web font delivery (Google Fonts).

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA (for example to Google in the United States for font delivery), we rely on the appropriate transfer mechanisms, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw any consent you've given. See our GDPR rights page for the detail and how to exercise them.

Complaints
